Dr. Connie Wong
Dr. Connie Wong joined the staff of Danville Vet Hospital in July 2005. Prior to coming to Danville, Dr. Wong worked as an intern with Bay Area Veterinary Specialists from 2004 to 2005.
Dr. Wong grew up in Hong Kong and attended the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She then moved to California and attended California State University, East Bay, where she majored in Biology. Dr. Wong enrolled in the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000 and graduate in 2004.
Dr. Wong is interested in oncology, internal medicine, dermatology, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. She is a certified veterinary acupuncturist and is currently working toward a Master's Degree in Preventative Veterinary Medicine.
In her spare time, Dr. Wong cares for her chinchilla named Chin-Chin. She also enjoys reading, hiking and traveling.
